If class rosters are missing for ALL or MOST of your teachers, then it is most likely an issue with the active terms or bell schedule reference codes. Please refer to these resources for more information:
If class rosters are only missing for one or a few of your teachers, then you can check to see if that teacher has been correctly connected to a group of students.
- Search for a student who should be appearing on that teacher’s roster.
- Select the “schedule” tab and then look in the instructor column
3. If the teacher's name does not appear at all, there was likely an error during schedule import. Possible errors include:
- Incorrect Instructor ID
- Incorrect Period ID
- Incorrect student ID
If the teacher's name appears on the schedule, it is most likely that the Instructor ID was incorrectly entered during import.
