If your site does NOT use Single Sign-On (SSO) and a user needs a password reset, follow the steps below.
1. A System Admin (or a user with privileges to manage other users) will navigate to Config > Users.
2. On the Users page, search for the user that needs a password reset. Click the pencil Edit button on the right side of the relevant row.
3. Click on "Set Password" on the lower left side of the screen.
4. Create a new password for the user and click Save.
Note: A user can log in with this password and then change it to a personal password by navigating to "My Settings" on their account. |
