During the school year, it is important to disable the accounts of users that are no longer active in your school. These users may have transferred or taken on new duties and no longer need to access SchoolMint Hero.
Deactivating Users
To deactivate a user, navigate to the Users page via Config > Users. Search for the user by name, email, or instructor code.
Click the trashcan icon on the right end of the user's row to deactivate the user. Click Yes on the popup to confirm deactivation.
Reactivating Users
To view deactivated users, select the Show Inactive Toggle to the right of the search box. Click on the circular arrow button on the right side of the row to reactive the user.
