How do I log in to SchoolMint Hero?

Learn how to log in to SchoolMint Hero as a new or returning user.

Navigate to hero.schoolmint.com to be directed to this login screen. 

The login page for SchoolMint Hero has three options: 

1. Enter Email Address and Password
2. Single sign-on (SSO): Login with Google
3. Single sign-on (SSO): Login with Microsoft
   • Read below to understand the prerequisites for both SSO options.

If this is your first time logging in and you do not use a single sign-on option:

1. Enter your Email Address and Password
2. If you don't know or have a password, click FORGOT PASSWORD? to receive a link via email to create one

Prerequisites to use Google SSO

• Your email account needs to already be added to SchoolMint Hero by the System Administrator.
• Your school needs to be connected to Google (This does not necessarily mean that your email ends with  @gmail.com, but that your organization uses Gmail/Google for email access)

Tip: You cannot remove the buttons for Google or Microsoft SSO from the menu.

Prerequisites to use Microsoft SSO

• Your email account needs to already be added to SchoolMint Hero by the System Administrator.
• Your school needs to be connected to Microsoft (This does not necessarily mean that your email ends with @microsoft.com, but that your organization uses Microsoft for email access)
