Can I Request an Additional Printer?
Currently, SchoolMint Hero is no longer accepting requests to add or test new printer models. Our development team is focusing on optimizing support for our existing list of compatible devices to ensure the highest level of stability.
Printer Compatibility Policy
Standardized Support: We only support the printers explicitly listed in our Compatible Printer List.
New Integrations: We are not currently procuring or testing new hardware from schools or third-party vendors.
Troubleshooting: While we cannot add new models to our ecosystem, we remain committed to assisting you with any setup or driver issues for our officially supported printers.
