SFTP Data Mapping Information

Hero’s SFTP information:

• Host: sftp://sftp.hero.schoolmint.com
• Port: 2022
• Account ID & Password: This is created in SchoolMint Hero. System Administrators can generate and share these credentials with relevant individuals. 

Note: The following files must be placed in a folder called “imports” on the SFTP.  Please note that the folder name is case sensitive and must be exactly “imports” (all lowercase).

Note: The Faculty Data import will need 2 additional fields added manually. This means that when exporting this file from your SIS, you must edit it to add 2 fields and save it as a .CSV file, then import the file to the SFTP.  Files cannot have spaces in the name.   Added fields: Role: The default options include "Teacher" OR "School Admin"  If your school has added additional fields, those can be included in this list as well. Roles are case sensitive.  Type: The type should match the role. If you selected "teacher" for role, select "teacher" type and if you selected "school admin" choose "school" type
