Exporting Your Data

All Hero reports can be easily exported to a .csv file for your records. It is best practice to download these files and save them to your school or district’s secure cloud storage before your anticipated archive date.

While there are several reporting options available, the Daily Activity Report provides the most comprehensive and detailed dataset for your records.

What's included in this report:

• A complete list of every behavior track issued within your selected date range.

• Precise timestamps for each entry.

• Actions and consequences assigned.

• The specific user/staff member who issued the behavior.
