Accrued Records Report

What is the Accrued Records Report? 

The “Accrued Records Report” provides a list of student behavior counts which can be useful for identifying students needing recognition or support. Users can search with no minimum or maximum counts or set minimum/maximum thresholds, filter by specific behaviors, and sort by count. 

Setting a minimum threshold for a specific behavior generates a list of students for recognition or support. 

Tip! By searching with a minimum threshold for a specific behavior, you will receive a short list of students for positive recognition or additional support. Or set the minimum and maximum threshold to 0 to receive a list of students who have not received any tracks for that specific behavior.

Where is the Accrued Records Report located?

Users with access to reports can access the Accrued Records Report via Reports > Accrued.
