Compliance Report

What is the Compliance Report? 

The Compliance Report, located in Reports > Compliance, is an interactive report in SchoolMint Hero. On this report, a user can view any Reactions, active or complied, that have compliance enabled within a specific date range. Users with access to the Compliance Report can also mark Reactions as "Complied" directly from the report. 

Available Search Settings & Filters 

The Compliance Report allows users to:

• Search for specific students
• Filter by "Complied" or "Not Complied" 
• Filter by specific Reactions
• Filter by start date and end date

How do you Comply a Reaction?

To mark a Reaction as "Complied", go to Reports > Compliance and locate the Reaction. Click the blue pencil icon on the right side of the row for the Reaction you want to comply. Done!

You cannot un-comply a Reaction after it has been marked as "Complied."

What Type of Reactions Appear on the Compliance Report?

Reactions that have the "Enable Compliance Reaction" toggle turned ON when creating a Reaction will appear on this report. 

Important note: the Compliance Report DOES NOT influence the Behavior Matrix and will not alter or change the setup of the Behavior Matrix or any actions assigned. It is specifically for keeping a record of assigned consequences.
