Note: This article is for users with "Manage Users" privileges only.
There are multiple types of privileges that allow users to configure, create, or finalize Incidents.
Getting to the roles page:
You just need to go to the setup > config > roles > use the edit button (pencil icon) to edit the privileges.
Configuration > Incident
There's just a single privilege under Configuration > Incident named "manage incidents" which allows users access to the Incident Configuration page to edit custom incident types, places, roles, and referrals for all users to have when submitting incidents.
Students > Incident
There are two types of privileges here:
- Create incidents: This will allow users to create incidents after they are configured by others who have the "Manage incidents" privileges. To know how to create incidents, you can refer to this article on Submitting Incidents.
- Finalize Incidents: For users to be authorized to finalize incidents after they are created by others or themselves, if they have the "create incidents" privilege as well.
