Daily Activity Report

How do I access the daily activity report?

To access the daily activity report, users must have a role with the "View Daily Activity" privilege type. Most roles have this by default, but if you don't have access to it, it can be requested from your school leader. 

On your Hero menu, you just need to click on reports > daily activity, and the report will show:

What is the Daily Activity Report?

The “Daily Activity Report” shows every behavior, Reaction, and user within a set date range. Users can filter by Behavior Code, User, and Start and End Date.

What else can we do with this report? 

- Export: We have an export button that will send you an email with a file based on the selected data on the filters:

- "Show deactivated records": Sometimes we need a report of all active records and another that includes deactivated records. This feature allows us to get whichever of those options we need. Deactivated records will show on the exports as well if the feature is active.
