Email Personalization Tips for Notification Center

Letters sent via the Notification Center can be customized further with personalization. Remember: if you include placeholders that don't have data for the student, the placeholder will be blank in the final email.  We recommend you test personalization with sample students to make sure you are sending all the information you intend to.  

Notification Templates

Notification Templates can be built in the Notification Center located in Config > Notification Templates.

Here is the list of placeholders that you can currently use:  

School Information

• School Name: {{school_name}}
• School Group Name (District Name): {{schoolGroup_name}}

Student and Guardian Information

• The Student’s First Name: {{firstName}}
• The Student’s Last Name: {{lastName}}
• Student's Email: {{email}}
