There are only two ways to create guardian accounts:
- Through the student upload, if the guardian's emails are in the import file.
- The guardian account is automatically created when the guardian is manually added through the student's profile.
Guardians then receive an email with a link to log in and create a new password.
Note: Guardian email addresses can't be repeated through any district or they won't be able to create the accounts. |
After clicking on the link, the guardian will set a password.
Tip: Passwords must be at least 14 characters. |
After clicking Save, guardians will be able to log in to SchoolMint Hero.
Once on a Student Profile, guardians can see more detailed information, including the latest Behavior Tracks and Actions. Guardians can also navigate through the tabs (Information, Schedule, etc) to learn more.
