Tracking Behaviors from Behaviors page (Admin/Front Office)
Users without rosters can track behaviors from the Behaviors page.
Navigate to the Behaviors page by selecting Behaviors > Students in the nav bar or by searching for a specific student or grade level in the Track a Student box, then click Search.
To track behaviors for an individual student or multiple students, select the relevant student(s) by clicking on their tile.
Click on the Track Student(s) button and select the behavior type: Neutral, Tardy, Positive, or Negative. Then select a Behavior Code from the dropdown. Optionally, you can add a note. Then click Track to confirm.
Tracking Behaviors from a Roster
Upon login, teacher users will see their connected rosters.
To track behaviors for an individual student or multiple students, select the relevant student(s) by clicking on their tile.
Click on the Track Student(s) button and select the behavior type: Neutral, Tardy, Positive, or Negative. Then select a Behavior Code from the dropdown. Optionally, you can add a note. Then click Track to confirm.
Tracking Behaviors from the Custom Rosters page
Any user who has created Custom Rosters can track behaviors from the Custom Rosters page.
Navigate to Custom Rosters via Behaviors > Custom Rosters in the nav bar.
To track behaviors for an individual student or multiple students, select the relevant student(s) by clicking on their tile.
Click on the Track Student(s) button and select the behavior type: Neutral, Tardy, Positive, or Negative. Then select a Behavior Code from the dropdown. Optionally, you can add a note. Then click Track to confirm.
What does the Fast Track button do?
Some behaviors may have been configured as "Fast Track" behaviors by your administration. These behaviors will appear on a short list to decrease total clicks. You can track behaviors using the same method, but instead select Fast Track instead of Track Student(s).
Choose the behaviors you want to track and then click Fast Track to confirm.
